Charging and Discharging Operation Guide(For Battery-Powered ROVs)

New Version (Post-March 2026)

For battery-powered underwater robots manufactured after March 2026, the charging and discharging procedures are as follows:

  1. Opening Steps: Unscrew the bolts in order: 1,2,3 → 4,5,6 → 7,8, then remove the hemispherical cover and pressure plate.
  1. Closing Steps:Fit the hemispherical cover and pressure plate in place, fasten screws in the order of 7,8 → 4,5,6 → 1,2,3. Confirm all screws 1–8 are fully tightened before launching underwater.

Notes

  • Two beeps after battery connection means normal startup; wait for computer video signal.
  • Open the cabin to power off after use. Power off timely below 12V to avoid battery over-discharge.
  • Charge directly without removing the battery: connect battery to charger first, then plug into 220V power.
  • Disconnect the battery when the device is idle.
