- Prior check the tight connection of power supply, network cable, USB and umbilical cable ports
- Set the computer static IP to:
192.168.2.1 - Disable computer firewall or grant access to ground station software
- Check interference caused by strong magnetic fields and cable tangling on site
- Power off and restart the device once abnormalities occur, then inspect hardware connections item by item
