Global Partner Pricing Tiers
To maintain the integrity of our global brand and ensure fair competition, all overseas partners must adhere to the following:
A minimum initial stocking order of $5,000 USD is required to activate distributor pricing.
All partners must agree to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). This prevents price wars and protects the brand value of CharpieROV globally.
All prices are EXW (Ex Works). The distributor is responsible for international freight, customs duties, and local import taxes.
Initial orders are 100% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance. Net-30 terms may be applied for Gold-tier partners after one year of consistent history.
Distribution rights are non-exclusive by default. Territory exclusivity may be negotiated for partners hitting the Gold Tier for two consecutive quarters.
